Freight Methods for Charge Account Purchases

All orders placed will have an order confirmation emailed in the form of an invoice to the email address (or User name) given in the order entry (or registration) process. The invoice will contain freight details including costs, method, and tracking numbers for New Zealand Couriers (NZC).

Freight Methods for Credit Card Purchases
When you have completed your purchase you will be offered the following four options for delivery of your goods.

- Option 1: New Zealand Couriers (NZC )

NZC will deliver wherever a physical street address can be provided. If the address is unattended the courier driver will determine to the best of their ability if there is a safe location to leave the parcel, if the address is deemed unsuitable,  a card will be left at the address for customers to collect the parcel from the nearest courier depot. Delivery will be made the following working day from receipt of order confirmation.

N.B. This option IS NOT to be used for a RURAL DELIVERY ADDRESS

Cost $6.00 per order

- Option 2: New Zealand Post
New Zealand Post will deliver items up to a maximum weight of 3 Kg to any verified postal address in New Zealand. Delivery time 2–3 working days from receipt of order confirmation.

Cost $6.00 per order.

- Option 3: New Zealand Post Rural Delivery

New Zealand Post will deliver items to a maximum weight of 3 Kg to any verified postal address in New Zealand. Delivery time 2 – 3 working days from receipt of order confirmation.

Cost $6.00 per order

- Option 4: International Post
New Zealand Post will deliver to any verified postal address worldwide. Delivery time and any additional cost over and above the minimum fee below will be advised on the order confirmation notification.
