How to find the product you require

Using the Search Functions
Finding the right area of the site:
On the home page products are classified into groups shown in the “Browse our Range” menu on the left of the page, and by the images in the middle of the page. Click on the image of the type of product you are trying to find to display all products for that group, or select the group from the menu. Selecting the group from the menu will show you further possible classifications (subgroups) – select either all, or choose a subgroup to show products. On the site we have separated products regularly used in recreational equipment into application subgroups under the General Bearings group to narrow your search e.g. motorcycle.
Products are then listed in designation (Part Number) order e.g. 6201 2RS appears before 6800 2RS.
Our online catalogue can be searched with either a part number or dimensions. By entering any one of the dimensions all the products in the group you are currently in with that dimension will be displayed.
Using the Search Functions
You must be in a group to use the search functions.
The search box will tell you which group you are currently in and are trying to search. Enter a part number e.g. 16002, dimension e.g. 15X32, or partial description e.g. Metric
Dimension filters are shown at the top of the product list. Select the unit of measurement and one or more dimensions of your bearing. Click search to show possible product matches.
If you are unsure what group your product is in, try selecting all products from the menu and search there.
If you are unsure which product you require or are still having trouble finding it, try our product Identification page or email the sales team at Farrell’s and we will identify and source the product for you.
For a full range of our industrial products you are required to register and then will be advised an account number for your login.
We are able to assist with identification, please send the bearing to us with as much information about the application as possible. Refer to contact us for address details.

Adding more items to the Shopping Cart
At any time you can click on the home page or select from the left menu to continue shopping – even if you are in the shopping cart or order summary pages. The products you have added to your cart will remain in the cart while you continue shopping.
For registered users, the items will stay in your cart until you remove them. You can logout and log back in later without loosing your cart.
Saved Orders
For registered customers, saved orders can be created. These can be useful if you frequently purchase the same products.
Find the items you want to add to a saved order and add them to the shopping cart. Once you have all the items for your order, click ‘save order’ from the options at the bottom of the cart.
Your saved orders will remain in saved orders until you remove them. To access your saved orders, click on the saved orders tab. Once you add them to the shopping cart you can alter your order, add products, change quantities and remove products before placing your order with us.
My Profile
The profile page for registered customers contains your contact details. These details will be used as the default delivery address for any orders you place. You can alter these details at any time. Your contact details will not be passed on to any third party as per our terms and conditions.
Changing your password: You can change your password by clicking the "Set Password" button at the bottom of the "My Profile" page. You will need to enter your current password, then your new password (twice). Click "Change Password" to complete.
If you have forgotten your password, click the forgot password link under the login box on the home page. You will be required to enter your email address and answer your security question before a new password is emailed to you. Contact us if you require further assistance.

Official company order numbers are required on all orders placed through this site for business accounts.
If you have any special delivery/product requirements, please note these in the comments section of the order summary page.
Any problems with the order will be communicated to the email address provided within 1 working day.
Confirmation that your order has been received and dispatched will be sent within 1 working day of your order placement or resolution of any problems with the order in the form of an invoice sent to the email address given.
Working hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday NZ time.

Do I have to register to buy products from the site?
No. Registration is not required for credit card purchases from this site. However, it can be beneficial to register as you will be entitled to better prices. See the register page for further information.
How do I change my password?
You can change your password by clicking the "Set Password" button at the bottom of the "My Profile" page. You will need to enter your current password, then your new password (twice). Click "Change Password" to complete.
What do I do if I forget my password?
If you have forgotten your password, click the forgot password link under the login box on the home page. You will be required to enter your email address and answer your security question before a new password is emailed to you. If you attempted to login and failed three times your account will be disabled. When this occurs you will need to Contact us to enable the account.
